All registered persons must fill in the application form, in order to register and have access all the sessions and activities of the conference: panels, exhibition of papers, round tables, cross-cutting workshops, debates, exhibitions, guides and virtual and/or face-to-face tours.

In order to present your paper, communication or poster, you must register and send in your abstract before 30 June 2021.

Each registration will entitle you to present your paper(s) in one of the thematic sections of the Conference in any of the online rooms.

After the Scientific Committee's approval, you will be sent an e-mail notification thereof  (if applicable) by the Organising Committee and the rules and criteria for your presenting it in the corresponding thematic section.

The participating speakers will be able to attend and take part in the debates in all the open virtual rooms and in the thematic panels with questions to the speakers.

It is possible to register without having to present a paper, communication or poster. Accreditations and certificates will be issued by the organizing entities for the attendance, papers, communications and posters presented at the sessions.

The full text of the papers must be submitted by 12 September 2021, in accordance with the publication rules set out in the call for papers.
