Las XXVIII Jornadas Internacionales de Patrimonio Industrial de INCUNA reunirán del 23 al 26 de septiembre de 2026 a investigadores, profesionales y gestores de más de 20 países bajo el lema: “De la fábrica al proyecto”.
Patrimonio, turismo industrial, proyectos de ciudades, territorios en conflicto y memoria del trabajo, patrimonio científico y técnico, intervenciones en patrimonio ferroviario, mesas de debate sobre los nuevos exploradores del patrimonio, industrial, asociacionismo, IBERIND y red de trabajo sobre patrimonio iberoamericano en un encuentro internacional único.

El proceso sigue abierto, ya se han presentado decenas de experiencias y trabajos desde países que participan de forma novedosa: Australia, Nueva Zelanda, Serbia, Rumania, Chequia, Polonia, Egipto, Suecia, Finlandia…también de otros países que son más habituales en estos veintiocho años de trayectoria de Jornadas de INCUNA: Italia, Alemania, Reino Unido, Portugal, México, Chile, Uruguay, Brasil, Argentina, Colombia, Bélgica, Grecia, Turquía y, por supuesto, de prácticamente todas las comunidades españolas.

FROM FACTORY TO THE PROJECT
Gijón and Asturias will once again become the international capital of industrial heritage.
The 28th INCUNA International Conference on Industrial Heritage will bring together researchers, professionals and managers from 20 countries from 23 to 26 September 2026 under the theme: “From the factory to the project”.
Heritage, industrial tourism, urban projects, territories in conflict and the memory of labour, scientific and technical heritage, interventions in railway heritage, panel discussions on new heritage explorers, industrial heritage, associations, IBERIND and the Ibero-American heritage network will all feature in this unique international gathering.
The call for papers has received an extraordinary response in this first month, and papers and presentations for the conference continue to be received daily. https://jornadas.incuna.es
The process remains open; dozens of experiences and papers have already been submitted from countries participating for the first time: Australia, New Zealand, Serbia, Romania, the Czech Republic, Poland, Egypt, Sweden, Finland… as well as from other countries that have been regular participants throughout the twenty-eight-year history of the INCUNA Conference: Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Mexico, Chile, Uruguay, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Belgium, Greece, Turkey and, of course, practically all the Spanish regions.
